We had a fantastic breakfast at this place at 6 am, and having a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a refrigerator in the room was a great added bonus.

Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was tidy. The breakfast was amazing with local dishes, an omelet station included plus local juices, and also the staff were all incredibly nice. This accommodation was in the central location to Brody's market in the daytime.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near industrial trucks, the international airport, local airport, ferry terminal, Mexican Caribbean coast, and Haulover Creek. They offer a wide variety of outstanding food options.

The hotel had excellent service. They provided a great breakfast with delicious local dishes and juices, including an omelet station. The location of the venue was marvelous. The shuttle service to and from the airports was a big plus.

We had an incredible stay for our Belize vacation. The rooms were clean and inviting. We had a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The location was perfect for exploring other areas of Belize. The staff was very courteous.

The hotel is very loud. The restaurant is very noisy, so that one does not like to eat there. Very stressful! Nearly all the rooms hear the music noise from the restaurant. After 10 pm, when the restaurant is closed, the staff listens to loud music. Only after repeated requests, then protest, the music was turned down, but was still audible.

Everything!!comfortable bed, nice staff, super fine food!would book here again anytime. . My booking was confirmed but was cancelled in the hotel. The staff still prepared a room for me because my son had high fever.

The hotel's location was favorable, just off the center of town and the zoo. Breakfast with local dishes was delicious. The restaurant served a snapper fillet with shrimp in a champagne sauce that was very tasty.

We chose to stay at this great hotel because they offer a shuttle service to and from the airports. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to visit places like Moe's Pizza for good food options, the international airport, rental car agencies, and local restaurants. We also enjoyed spending time at their outdoor bar.

Located on external airport edge of Belize City, a notoriously violent and dangerous city, providing access to the city and surrounding countryside and attractions as well as direct and immediate airport access without having to deal with the dirt, squalor, and major negatives of the inner city proper.

Although advertised as omnipresent and available at all hours, the hotel's internet access was spotty, erratic, and sporadic at best throughout the facility, both in individual rooms, and at the several advertised "hot spots." As it does tout itself as a business and conference center, this is not acceptable. Connection strength was often weak/poor and drops were frequent; actual availability was temporally limited.

This hotel is a great value for money, with comfortable rooms and basic amenities such as coffee makers and brand new beds. The location is also convenient, with a few restaurants within walking distance and the boulevard on the water only a short distance away. Don't miss out on the delicious local dishes for breakfast.

The location was favourable and best possible as for me, next to different tourist attractions, nearby Maya ruins and the zoo, which is really a wildlife refuge, and the restaurant, which was snapper fillet with shrimp in a champagne sauce which was very delicious.
